Start building your self esteem now

Build self esteem if you don’t generally feel positive about yourself. It is important that you build your self esteem to the point where it is sound and you feel good about yourself the majority of the time. Don’t worry if this seems like an unlikely event. It can and it will be done if you know in your heart that you do really want to build yourself esteem. If you have started to say to yourself I don’t want to feel like this anymore you are ready to build self esteem now. To help you we have a free Special Report on ‘How to build self esteem’ which is available here. However, a good place to start is to read through the following questionnaire. With this you will be able to give yourself a self-esteem rating. If you do this you will have a benchmark to plot your progress as you feel better and better about yourself everyday you build self esteem.

Give yourself a cross for every statement you agree with in the first part of each section. Then give yourself a tick for every statement you agree with in the second part of each section. The more ticks you have in that part the sounder your self esteem is right now and the easier it will be to build self esteem from this point onwards. The more crosses you have in first parts the more vulnerable your self esteem is right now and the more ready you are to build self esteem from this day forward. Whatever you scored is fine because it gives you a place to begin.
