Start building your self esteem now Give yourself a cross for every statement you agree with in the first part of each section. Then give yourself a tick for every statement you agree with in the second part of each section. The more ticks you have in that part the sounder your self esteem is right now and the easier it will be to build self esteem from this point onwards. The more crosses you have in first parts the more vulnerable your self esteem is right now and the more ready you are to build self esteem from this day forward. Whatever you scored is fine because it gives you a place to begin. Do you regularly think? Or do you regularly think: Do you regularly feel? The way to build self esteem is to find a good book/cd/poster on the topic to keep you company as you build it up every day, or a friend you trust so that you have someone to encourage you – or both.
